WHERE?

Your Hometown and Virtually

  1. The Impact Cohort begins with each team member taking a Birkman Assessment and receiving a personalized interpretation. The assessments will inform and guide significant portions of the team training.

  2. The Impact Cohort then builds significant momentum with a One-Day Immersive (morning and afternoon) along local hiking trails. A cohort version of Bobby’s 4H Coaching Process provides the day’s content structure. And Bobby travels to your hometown to lead this!

3. After the One-Day Immersive, the Impact Cohort then meets with Bobby on Zoom for three months. For the first month, the cohort meets weekly with Bobby (1 hour each time) to learn and sharpen core leadership skills for the Impact journey.

4. For the remaining two months, the Impact Cohort meets on Zoom every other week for 90 minutes (4 times total). During these sessions, participants work through challenges and opportunities encountered along the Impact Cohort journey, and they discover how to harness and leverage the strengths of one another. This is done via group coaching facilitated by Bobby.

5. Post-Impact journey, Bobby provides a one-on-one coaching session for each cohort member to ensure ongoing support and continued, long-term transformation.

WHEN?

The date for the One-Day Immersive is chosen in coordination with group members. Each Design Your Impact Experience will total three months.
