ABOUT

Bobby Hulme-Lippert is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and the founder of BHL Coaching. After two decades serving as a pastor - including in the U.S. Army Chaplaincy and congregations across California, Georgia, Virginia, and Texas - Bobby now works with high-capacity leaders navigating complex seasons of change, growth, or restlessness.

His clients include executives, nonprofit leaders, and entrepreneurs who have achieved success, but they want more than hustle, pressure, and performative leadership. They’re seeking clarity, alignment, and a more grounded way forward.

Bobby brings to this work a rare combination of sharp insight, deep presence, and storytelling wisdom. He’s an award-winning storyteller, the author of Small Stories about Big Things, and a board member of the National Speakers Association (Austin chapter) and his local Toastmasters club.

Whether one-on-one or in a room full of leaders, Bobby’s goal is the same: to help you slow down, go deep, and lead forward with courage, clarity, and what really matters.

He lives in Georgetown, Texas with his wife and two young boys. When he's not coaching, speaking, or writing, he's probably hiking, doing yoga, or trying to keep up with his sons' boundless energy.
