The 4H Coaching Process is a methodology developed by Bobby Hulme-Lippert based on two decades of leading, mentoring, and coaching others.

It is for self-aware leaders who want to change their lives and this world for good.

The six-month process blends conversation, questions, and self-examination iteratively, allowing for continual growth, discovery, and renewal throughout.

The process trusts that new insights, deepened self-awareness, and incremental changes ultimately lead to significant transformation.

  • We often ask “How?” when it comes to next steps and new steps. But real growth, discovery, and purpose always begin with “Who?”

    Getting radically clear about who you are, what your gifts are, and what your story is (the one you’ve been living and the one you’re looking to live) - these are the starting points for transformational leadership and living.

  • We often think of that which is ‘holy’ as places and people far removed from daily life. But the truth is, holiness is all around us - and within us.

    Leaders must clarify, name, and anchor deeply within the things they hold most sacred. Sometimes also referred to as our values - these are the sacred truths that ground your actions and propel geninue growth and an inspired future.

  • Great intentions lead nowhere; change begins in the actions themselves.

    Real change unfolds once key, practical goals have been named and action steps begin. When these goals are built in light of your sacred values and your unique vision, they prove vitalizing to all facets of your life, your story, and to those around you.

  • Many are in search of something bigger and beyond. But the real journey always leads us home - no matter where we are. And discovering this proves the biggest thing of all.

    There is no greater force for good in this world than when you are deeply at home with your unique gifts, values, and purpose. You not only discover your true potency in this world, you are continually vitalized by a vision bigger than yourself - and you find that work proves uniquely inspiring, motivating, and awakening to those around you.

Timeline

  • 1-Day Immersive, part of the time spent outdoors if desired, weather-permitting

  • Meet weekly or biweekly for three months (flexible options)

  • Mid-journey reflection, assessment, and forward-planning

  • Meet weekly or biweekly for three months (flexible options)

  • Concluding Celebration Meal

By the end of the process, you will have gained fresh…

  • Clarity about your core values, purpose, and vision

  • Conviction about what matters most to you (and what does not) 

  • Courage to live toward a vision that is life-giving to you and those entrusted to your care. 

Ultimately, you will find yourself more at home with who you are, what your gifts are, and how you are called to offer those in the world for such a time as this.
