Fees & Local Options

Keynote fees begin at $7,500. Workshop and multi-session engagements are scoped based on your event goals and team size.

Bobby is Illinois-based — local and regional associations often qualify for reduced travel costs.

Every engagement includes a pre-event planning call and content customized to your audience at no additional charge.

A/V & Stage Requirements

Slides
I present with a PowerPoint deck (no audio/video). Because each program is customized, I typically provide slides within one week of the event and always bring backup copies.

Stage
I don’t use a podium. If one is required, please place it off to the side. I move across the stage and, when possible, into the audience.

Microphone
A wireless lavalier mic is preferred. A handheld works if needed. Please have one available on site.

Tech Check
I’m glad to arrive early for a tech/sound check—ideally the day of the event. I typically arrive at least an hour before the keynote unless additional time is needed.

Anything else?
My goal is to be one of the easiest speakers you work with. If you need something, just ask - I’m glad to accommodate.

Travel Details

  • Based in Oak Park, IL.

  • Travel is billed as a simple flat fee to keep planning easy and predictable.
