Know Your People
Think of someone on your team who isn't quite clicking.
Maybe they went quiet a few months back. Maybe they're talented but somehow always creating friction. Maybe they show up every day and you can just tell that something isn't landing.
The usual story we tell ourselves is that it's a motivation problem. Or a focus problem. Or a fit problem.
More often, it's a needs problem - a specific need that's gone invisible to them, to you, to the whole team. And it's been quietly driving nearly everything.
Most assessments miss this.
Most will tell you how someone comes across — their style, their strengths, their preferences.
The Birkman Method does this while also going underneath. It names the conditions a person actually needs to do their best work and stay out of stress. It also makes clear what happens to them (and everyone around them) when those needs go unmet.
As a Certified Birkman Professional I help you interpret you and your team’s individual Birkman Reports so that what the data reveals translates into real conversations and actions that level-up your team trust, energy, and output.
Ways we can work together:
Individual Leader Debrief (90 min) — A great place to start, especially after a keynote. We walk through your full Birkman report: how you lead, what drains you, what you need to be at your best. This can be one of the most clarifying conversations of your career.
Team Workshop (half- or full-day) — Your team takes the assessment ahead of time. I debrief the results and facilitate a session where people see each other - and their team map - in a genuinely new way. You leave with a shared language and a plan to use it.
Team Development Series (2–3 sessions over 30–90 days) — For organizations that want to ensure the change takes root over the long-haul. This is how culture shifts are accelerated.
