The 4-H Coaching Process
HONESTY - HOLY - HOLISTIC - HOME
Most leadership development starts with the wrong question.
It starts with How — how do I grow, how do I perform better, how do I build a stronger team.
The 4H Coaching Process starts with Who. Because every lasting change in how you lead begins there.
Developed by Dr. Bobby Hulme-Lippert over two decades of leading, mentoring, and coaching, the 4H Process is built for self-aware leaders who have stopped believing that another framework, tactic, or hack is going to move the needle. They know the real work is deeper. They're ready to come home to their gifts, their values, and the vision that's been waiting.
This is one-on-one coaching that blends questions, system-building, and a bias toward action over 6 to 12 months — guided by an ICF Associate Certified Coach and anchored in the Birkman Method, one of the most sophisticated behavioral assessments available. The Birkman doesn't just tell you what you're good at. It reveals what's driving you beneath the surface — your core motivations, your real needs, the stressors that quietly undermine your best intentions. It's the kind of clarity that makes everything else in the process land faster and go deeper.
The 4H Process trusts that inspired vision, new insights, and continual action ultimately lead somewhere worth going: a life no longer hustling for significance, but deeply aligned with what matters — moving with momentum, leading with presence, and leaving people better than you found them.

We often ask "How?" when it comes to next steps. But real growth always begins with "Who?"
Getting radically clear about who you are, what your gifts are, and what your story is — the one you've been living and the one you're called to live — is where transformation starts. Not as a warm-up exercise. As the whole foundation.
-
What we hold sacred isn't far removed from daily life. It's embedded in it.
Leaders must clarify, name, and anchor themselves in the things they hold most sacred. Call them values, call them convictions — these are the truths that ground your decisions and propel genuine growth. When you lead from them, something changes in the room.
-
Great intentions lead nowhere; change begins in the actions themselves.
Real transformation unfolds when key goals are named, a system is built, and movement begins. When those goals are shaped by your values and your vision, they don't just produce results — they vitalize every dimension of your life and work.

Many are in search of something bigger and beyond. But the real journey always leads us home - no matter where we are. And discovering this proves the biggest thing of all.
There is no greater force for good in this world than a leader who is deeply at home with their gifts, their purpose, and their people. You discover your true potency. The work becomes sustaining rather than draining. And the people around you feel it — because they're finally experiencing the fullest version of you.
