What’s Included
Two 1-hour Prep Sessions: Together we dig into your context, opportunities, and challenges so that when we arrive for the Catalyst Day, we’re already running at depth.
One Full In-Person Catalyst Day: A high-intensity, one-day retreat experience in the Chicago area where we take a deep dive into your biggest questions and goals - and build an actionable strategy.
Three 1-hour Follow-Up Sessions: Designed to sustain momentum, these sessions provide coaching, accountability, and space for new insights to move into action.
Investment
$7,500 | Limited openings each quarter
Terms
If accepted into Catalyst Day, the investment of $7,500 will be billed in two installments:
50% ($3,750) due upon acceptance to secure your Catalyst Day date.
50% ($3,750) due two weeks prior to the Catalyst Day immersive.
Invoices will be issued electronically, and payment may be made by credit card or ACH transfer. Participation in Catalyst Day is confirmed once the initial installment is received. Full payment is required prior to the Catalyst Day.
Catalyst Day reservations are non-refundable. However, your investment is transferable:
If you need to reschedule, your installment(s) may be applied to a future Catalyst Day, provided you give at least 14 days’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the immersive may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
This policy ensures that the curated space and time reserved for you can be honored, while also offering flexibility should unforeseen circumstances arise.
