Hosted in a curated retreat setting in the greater Chicago area (Airbnb space included), the Catalyst Day is designed for high-capacity leaders ready to step out of the noise, focus deeply, and walk away with renewed vision, actionable next steps, and energy to rise strong. Limited to <4 spots per quarter to ensure full presence.
What’s Included
Two 1-hour Prep Sessions: We dig into your context, opportunities, and challenges so that when we arrive for the Catalyst Day. These sessions shorten the runway and allow us to start the in-person day already at depth.
One Full In-Person Catalyst Day: A high-intensity, one-day (8:30am–5:00pm) retreat experience in the Chicago area where we take a deep dive into your biggest questions and highest goals - and build an actionable strategy. Included are customized executive materials, creative breakouts, and a storytelling lab. You will leave with a personalized 90-day roadmap, key insights summary, and next-step action plan.
Three 1-hour Follow-Up Sessions: Designed to sustain momentum, these sessions provide coaching, accountability, and space for new insights to move into action. I serve as an ongoing lifeline throughout this catalyst experience.
Taken together, the prep sessions, Catalyst Day, and follow-up support create a three-month arc of clarity, momentum, and transformation.

Investment
$7,500 | Limited openings each quarter
Terms
If accepted into Catalyst Day, the investment of $7,500 will be billed in two installments:
50% ($3,750) due upon acceptance to secure your Catalyst Day date.
50% ($3,750) due two weeks prior to the Catalyst Day immersive.
Invoices will be issued electronically, and payment may be made by credit card or ACH transfer. Participation in Catalyst Day is confirmed once the initial installment is received. Full payment is required prior to the Catalyst Day.
Catalyst Day reservations are non-refundable. However, your investment is transferable:
If you need to reschedule, your installment(s) may be applied to a future Catalyst Day, provided you give at least 14 days’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the immersive may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
This policy ensures that the curated space and time reserved for you can be honored, while also offering flexibility should unforeseen circumstances arise.
