I’m a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and award-winning storyteller. I served two decades leading diverse congregations and the US Army Chaplaincy before founding BHL Coaching. In those capacities, I’ve partnered with corporate boards, nonprofit leaders, and executive teams across industries to cultivate clarity, creativity, and growth.
When not speaking, coaching, or writing, I enjoy hiking, yoga, and chasing after my two young boys with my wife in Oak Park, Illinois.
